Business Intelligence Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze information systems processes, and propose solutions to improve performance and efficiency
Design, develop, integrate, test and implement information systems business solutions
Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
Help the business "connect the dots" and understand "the big picture"
Work with the latest BI visualization tools and technologies

This position requires:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or a related discipline is required
Experience working with Business Intelligence to deliver actionable data and analytics for business solutions
Experience designing and optimizing data flows for large volumes of data

Database Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain a variety of databases
Operate database management systems to analyze data
Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules
Conduct research and offer recommendations for database management tool implementation
Troubleshoot and fix data-related problems

This position requires:

Post-secondary education in business or computer science;

OR

An equivalent combination of training and experience
Knowledge of database software such as MS SQL Server + Developer; SAP / MS Access / Oracle Demonstrated ability to work with large databases and multiple data sources

Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advertising campaigns;
Create content for postings and paid ads;
Collect/analyze data, execute tests, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers

This position requires:

College diploma in business marketing, PR, communications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Able to understand and interpret data using Google Analytics and similar reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

User Support Technicians

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with digital platform users experiencing difficulties
Provide advice and training to users in response to their problems
Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
Provide technical support and excellent customer service to users
Participate in the redesign and improvement of the digital platform

This position requires:

Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration
Experience as a user support technician is an asset
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
